Return & Refund

1. Return Eligibility:​

  • Perishable Food Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable items, including All raw food products, Dimsum Treats, Ice Cubed Treats and other food items that require freezer or refrigeration.

  • Non-Perishable Food Items: Non-perishable food items can be returned within THREE days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in original packaging.

2. Quality Concerns:

  • If you receive a food item that is damaged, spoiled or does not meet our quality standards, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or other evidence to assess the issue.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • We will issue a full refund for quality concerns or incorrect orders, including shipping costs if applicable.

4. Return Process:

  • To request a return, please contact our customer service team at loliraw.trt@gmail.com or Send us messages through our website or Wechat to initiate the process.

  • If approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-perishable items unless the return is due to a quality concern or an error on our part. Drop off to our store is also available too.

6. Cancellation of Orders:

  • You may cancel your order for non-perishable items within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service team. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

7. Allergen Information:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to review product labels and allergen information before consumption. If you have specific dietary concerns or allergies, please get in touch with us for detailed product information.
